Following are the terms and conditions that you need to know before proceeding to the registration of course :-

The cancellation of registration of any course for a period of more than one week but less than 2 weeks of the course date, the refund will be 80% of the total fees paid.
The cancellation of registration of any course for a period of more than 24 hours but less than a week of the course date, the refund will be 50% of the total fees paid.
The cancellation of registration of any course for a period of less than 24 hours of the course date, there will be no refund.

N.B.
The process of refund depends on the financial procedures of each center or health sectors. Each candidate should keep the financial documents and receipts either original or copy for the further requests. The SHA apply the above process for all course fees paid to its account only.

إلغاء تسجيل أي دورة لمدة أكثر من أسبوع واحد ولكن أقل من أسبوعين من تاريخ الدورة، سيكون المبلغ المسترد 80 في المائة من مجموع الرسوم المدفوعة
إلغاء تسجيل أي دورة لمدة أكثر من 24 ساعة ولكن أقل من أسبوع من تاريخ الدورة، سيكون المبلغ المسترد 50 في المائة من مجموع الرسوم المدفوعة
إلغاء تسجيل أي دورة لمدة أقل من 24 ساعة من تاريخ الدورة، لن يكون هناك استرداد للمبلغ المدفوع

ملحوظة: عملية استرداد المبالغ تعتمد على الإجراءات المالية المتبعة لكل قطاع صحي . كل مرشح ينبغي عليه الاحتفاظ بالوثائق المالية وإيصالات الدفع الأصلية أو النسخ لتقديمها في حال طلبها. تقوم جمعية القلب السعودية بتطبيق العملية المذكورة أعلاه لجميع رسوم الدورات الدراسية التي تدفع إلى حسابها فقط.
